A Note from the General Manager:

Whisper, I think it's nearly over!

What a winter we have had this year.    We have never had this much snow fall since we began development in 2010.  We are aware that our land was formerly a very wet field.   I know that our neighbors are going to watch carefully as the snow melts and the water table becomes saturated.  Let us hope that the spring sun will continue to evaporate the snow gradually.   Unfortunately, I think the piles are too high and that we can expect more "wildlife preserves" at Raven Landing in our many drainage ponds.  Last year we had a number of ducks appear.   The water will be good for our iris farm that Mary Mitchell planted for us in 2012.  No matter what the break up is like, our campus is fully developed and from here on, we'll see how well our planning served us.   We'll be gathering ideas this spring to see what we can do across the campus to make life more beautiful.   Thanks for your support and generous spirit.

To 120 residents, "This is Home!"

Raise your eyes to the spring sun.  We hope to see you at Raven Landing soon.

We are blessed to have such grand support from all of you,  and honored to serve these wonderful seniors and our community.

Raven Landing is a place full of love and good will.

Things are stable at Raven Landing now.  There are a number of families who are in active status awaiting apartments.  Now is the time to notify us if you plan to move into Raven Landing this year.  If you are on the wait list, you should "go active" and check in with Susan 907-590-9683 to discuss your options.  If you are not on the wait list, you may be lucky enough to find an opening if the wait list folks are not seeking a rental at the time you show interest in renting.  At the present time there are no vacancies.
